We currently ship within the European Union.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders).

Matchamelo is not liable for delays, damage, or lost parcels once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

6. Pre-orders

Some products may be sold as pre-orders. These are shipped as soon as they become available.
Delivery times for pre-orders may vary and cannot be guaranteed. No compensation will be issued for delays.

7. Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return and refund.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. No returns are accepted after the legal withdrawal period.
